RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your travel plans have been made we ask for a 20% deposit of the entire balance of your stay to hold your reservation. Deposits are due after you receive the hardcopy of the 'breakdown of charges' for your stay. Remaining balance is due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations that are made before a balance is due (at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, which is also the balance due date) will be refunded any deposit received. Cancellations that are made after that 30 day balance due date will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds can only be made if we are able to re-rent the unit for the same number of days that was originally reserved, which is unlikely.
